The zesting sounds a good idea .. usually I use the juice, but not the zest. I'm not much a cook, but even I can see the value of saving food items via ice cubes:~) <br /><br />I didn't even know you can freeze cheese and the fresh herbs...that great because usually you only use a little, but end up buying a lot.<br /><br />I'm passing this post on to my foodie relatives...I have a daughter who will love this one!<br /><br />Is it getting dark too early now? My kid talks about how dark it gets, even around 3:30 to 4PM. That's challenging! We've have several rather cold days, which is unusual for where I live...at least not this early.<br /><br />I think I told you this, but I loved the Cluedo story.
